It’s episode 76 with Rebecca Bradley talking about her excellent police procedurals, her background as a police officer and how she manages to write through physical adversity and chronic pain. There’ll also be time for another trip to Book Blogger’s Corner with show regular, Katherine Sunderland reviewing Twin Truths Shelan Rodger.
After 16 years service, Rebecca was medically retired from the police where she finished as a detective constable on a specialist unit. She’s now the author of three novels in the DI Hannah Robbins series, SHALLOW WATERS, MADE TO BE BROKEN and FIGHTING MONSTERS with more standalones to come too. Rebecca’s personal story and how she overcomes some difficult physical challenges are really inspiring to all writers and creatives so I hope you enjoy the chat as much as I did.
Check out Rebecca’s website here and her excellent Police Procedural Fact Checking Service here. Follow her on Twitter @RebeccaJBradley and also have a look at the book Rebecca recommended – Take Off Your Pants on outlining your novel.
