The Long Road To Publication – Dave Olner – Joined Up#78

It’s episode 78 with Dave Olner, author of funny twisted romance The Baggage Carousel. Dave’s got lots to say about the benefits of taking several years to polish a novel, the dreaded synopsis and why it pays to practice saying the word Epistolary.

Dave likes to travel, in his words – relishing the opportunity to alienate people from different cultures. He currently lives in Humberside where he works as a reach truck driver by night and sleeps during the day. Like a vampire, except without the bloodletting, immortality or superhuman strength. “The Baggage Carousel” is his first novel and is out now, published by Obliterati.
