It’s episode 144 with Canadian novelist Sarah Leipciger talking about her latest book ‘Coming Up For Air’. Now living in London, Sarah has got so much to say about the therapeutic power of writing, her process, what she learned from her short story success and why – like so many of us – she’s obsessed with stationery.

Born and raised in Canada, Sarah lives in London with her three children, and teaches creative writing to prisoners. Her short fiction has been shortlisted for the Asham Award, the Fish Prize and the Bridport Prize. Her first novel, the critically acclaimed THE MOUNTAIN CAN WAIT, was published in 2015 and her latest book, COMING UP FOR AIR was released last year and has just come out in paperback as well as being available everywhere you can great books.
