It’s episode 107 where I get another chance to talk to friend of the show, Niki Mackay. Niki came on last year to talk about what was then her debut novel and now she’s back with a follow up in her Madison Attalee crime series. We talk about all kinds of stuff from how Niki feels she’s developed as a writer between books one and two, the editing process and lots more besides.

Niki is a writer and a bookworm. She studied Performing Arts at the BRIT School before eventually doing a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Drama and later winning a full scholarship to do an MA in Journalism. Her debut novel ‘I, Witness’ – the first in a series featuring private Investigator Madison Attallee – was published in 2018 and ‘The Lies We Tell’ is available on Kindle now and in paperback on June 27th 2019.

You can follow Niki on Twitter @NikiMackayBooks or find great content on her website here or check out her Facebook page here.
